Sausage vacuum filling machine is an automatic filling equipment designed for sausage, ham, sausage and other meat products. It removes air from meat fillings through vacuum environment to avoid bubbles and improve product density and shelf life. Automatic twisting system
Synchronous twisting: automatic segmented twisting after filling, twisting speed and filling speed are infinitely adjustable to avoid broken intestines or deformation.
Adjustable twisting force: adapt to different casing strengths (natural casing, protein casing, smoked casing).
Vacuum filling technology
Bubble-free filling: filling in a vacuum environment (-0.08~-0.1MPa) to avoid air mixing into the meat filling, ensure the density of the sausage, and extend the shelf life.
Anti-oxidation: reduce fat oxidation, keep the meat color bright, and improve product quality.

Food-grade 304 stainless steel contact surface, in compliance with HACCP standards; IP65 protection level, easy to rinse and disinfect
High-precision quantitative filling:
Servo motor control: filling volume is adjustable (such as 5g~9999g), error ≤±1%, suitable for sausages of different specifications.
Touch screen operation: digital parameter setting, support for multiple recipe storage, faster switching of production varieties.
Automatic feeding system
Seamless connection: The meat filling is automatically conveyed to the filling cylinder through a spiral conveyor or vacuum suction device, reducing manual intervention and improving efficiency.
Anti-blocking design: Equipped with a stirring device to ensure that the meat filling is uniform and free of lumps, especially suitable for high-viscosity raw materials
