washing procedure start automatically when cupboard closed .both inside and out side of trolley can be washed out and dirty water will come back to water tank through filter .rinse with clean water after main washing .

 

The Euro Bin cleaning machine is an efficient cleaning equipment. Each  euro bin is independently cleaned, and the
water temperature is automatically controlled. There are two options of electric heating and steam heating, which are
efficient and convenient.
The raw material residues and dirt on the cleaned  euro bin are moistened, softened and separated under the mechanical
action of the water jet of the washing machine, combined with heat energy and detergent, and then taken away by the
cleaning liquid, so as to achieve the purpose of cleaning.
After cleaning, the  euro bin automatically returns to the designated position and can be taken out at any time. 

For cleaning and sterilizing all kinds of small  euro bin and so on.

Operating instructions:
1. Open the front door, manually load the material cart into the cleaning compartment, press the start button, the front door will automatically close, and the equipment will enter automatic cleaning mode;

2. The equipment has two independent cleaning systems, high-temperature cleaning and flushing. Before high-temperature cleaning, all sides of the material cart are cleaned by an electric rotating detergent arm. The water used in the cleaning process is mainly sprayed into the interior and exterior of the material cart through a spray system using steam or electric heating in the main cleaning tank. The spraying of detergent is controlled proportionally and automatically. After high-temperature cleaning is completed, it enters the second flushing system for comprehensive flushing of the material cart as a whole.

3. The equipment is controlled by PLC and the duration of the cleaning stage can be set. At the end of the cleaning stage, residual detergent is rinsed with clean water. After cleaning, the front door will automatically open and the clean material cart will be taken away from the cleaning compartment;

4. Above the cleaning compartment, there are 2 sets of filters to ensure effective filtration of sewage and clean water during the cleaning process. The filters do not need to be cleaned frequently because the filter mesh will be washed during the flushing process. Secondary filtration is used to prevent dirt from being sucked into the water pump and spray system, which affects the cleaning effect.
